Brave Legend

Brave Legend has been practicing concepts and theories of massage his entire life, his first inspiration was derived from receiving regular bodywork from his father. Brave’s father found that if Brave was awakened with a massage, he would wake up calm and friendly. This massage philosophy was naturally integrated into Brave’s massage practice and he found that the compassionate touch learned from his father was the touch needed to provide quality health and well being for his patrons. Brave has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2006 but has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. Brave has worked in the day spa setting and has developed his own business which includes clientele from the general public, to the physically challenged, all the way to the level of elite athletes in the fields of professional football, basketball, baseball, and mixed martial arts (UFC). Brave has been certified in the practice of Muscle Release Technique which is one of the most effective techniques in opening muscle tissue to its most efficient state. With the combination of compassionate touch learned from his father and the muscle release techniques practiced on professional athletes Brave developed a very unique touch that allows him to provide affective pain relief while calming the body, allowing it to return to the resting state; which is the natural state of plentitude.
